I've built my career on being the person you go to when you need help making sense of where you are, where you're trying to go, and how to get there effectively. Through over a decade coaching other executives and my years in-house on executive leadership teams, I've seen over and over again that unlocking great leadership is the straightest line to driving measurable and sustained impact in any organization.
I’m fascinated by organizational behavior—how leaders navigate and drive change, how companies move and how people grow within them. I'm also deeply motivated by helping people surprise themselves. I blend two approaches: The first is anchored in the belief that you already have the insight and capacity to tackle your toughest challenges; my job is to help you surface and make sense of that knowledge and then apply it with clarity and focus. Second, I bring structure and accountability to our work so you can see and feel confident in your progress.
My style is a mix of active listening, targeted questions, and regular check-ins on objectives and progress. Think of it like dumping a bucket of tools out on a workbench—together we’ll figure out what to focus on, what to keep (or get rid of), and how you want everything to fit together to serve how you work, lead, and grow.

Over more than two decades, across multiple industries and a range of leadership roles, the through-line in my career has been growth and change. While in-house, I lead and coached through explosive growth and painful contractions, strategic acquisitions and rapid integrations, early-stage chaos and the slow-burn challenges that don’t make headlines but still demand clarity and focused execution. After a successful exit as part of the executive leadership team in a PE acquisition, I was looking for a way to make a bigger impact. CJR was the obvious answer.
